Data Subject Access Request

2sms provides DSAR processes for two user groups.

  1. Registered users (customers) – log into our online portal to make access requests. Select the GDPR menu to access self serve screens that will provide you with your Personal Data information in real time, alongside other GDPR related services.
  2. All other users (non-customers) – Use the online forms below to :
  • Request to view, edit or delete your Personal data.
  • Request data portability.
  • Request your mobile number be added to the STOP list so our customers cannot send messages to you.
